Across ASIA, organisations are facing one of the most significant workforce transformations in decades.
Technological advancement, artificial intelligence, digital business models, and shifting workforce expectations are redefining how organisations operate. Skills are evolving rapidly, roles are changing, and the half-life of knowledge continues to shrink. ALTX was established to create a platform where learning leaders, business executives, technology partners, and practitioners can come together to explore how learning can truly support organisational transformation.<\/p>

Many conferences focus primarily on tools or product demonstrations. While technology plays an important role, organisations today face deeper questions:<\/p>
